Circles

Circles are the heart of our gatherings—small, intentional spaces where every voice is honored. In circles we share stories, explore teachings, and practice presence together. Whether focused on self-love, healing, or compassionate dialogue, circles are where belonging takes root.

Retreats

Retreats are times of deeper immersion—stepping away from the demands of daily life to rest, reflect, and realign. Through guided practices, group reflection, and shared meals, retreats offer a sanctuary for renewal of body, mind, and spirit.

Workshops
