Sacred Boundaries & Loving No’s (Mini-Workshop)

On Thursday, July 18, we gather for a sacred initiation into one of the most radical forms of love:

Saying No without abandoning ourselves.

This Mini-Workshop will be offered in two parts:

• A YouTube teaching + somatic practice led by Rev. Gin (10–15 min)

• A written blog reflection with prompts + boundary script-building tools

Together, we’ll explore:

• What loving boundaries actually feel like in the body

• Why saying No is an act of compassion—not rejection

• How to build custom scripts for hard conversations that keep you sovereign and soft
